Scheduling Policies
Deposit Required
Non-refundable deposit to hold your initial appointments. The booking fee accounted toward your final total. The booking fee is non transferable
NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure complete satisfaction with service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we can talk about the options available
Rescheduling Cancellation policies
RESCHEDULE: Please inform me if you need to reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice. Any less than 48 hours notice will result in a $100 fee.
You are given 48 hours to reschedule to a new date. Any more than 48 hours will result in another deposit. You are allowed to reschedule ONLY ONCE, any more will result in another deposit
NO SHOWS: You will automatically be charged 50% of the service if you do not show up for your appointment. No exceptions, no excuses. You will have to put in another deposit if you wish to still get your brows done.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel, please inform your artist 48 hours notice.
Policies
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Please be courteous to others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however, it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service.
LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please allow extra time for traffic and finding the location.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.
NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up.
